The past couple of days I have shown you the awesome beauty of summer storms in Lubbock.

I have failed to show what happens when you combine an awesome storm with the sunsets of West Texas.

Taking a picture like this almost feels like cheating, it takes little effort to show off the colors the sky can turn right as the streetlights begin to turn on.

I did go storm chasing today, however it was walking outside to check the mail at my apartment complex when I saw this and realized I did not go storm chasing for long enough tonight and headed home early.

Right now, however I do not have a ton of free time. After work, I have committed myself to career research and studying. I am moving to San Antonio in August and I am planning on attending grad school.

According to the weather, during this storm we were getting wind speeds up to 60 mph. and I felt it.

Day 51: Magical sunset

On my way to dinner with my roommate, I saw that the sun was setting and decided to grab a quick picture of it.

West Texas has some of the best sunsets I have ever seen, not sure why I have not posted more of them.
