Today is the first day of spring.

All week, I have read guides about how to photograph flowers because it is spring. However, last night it decided to snow in Lubbock; so the flowers are not ready to bloom just yet.

These flowers were blooming, but that is only because Texas Tech plants new flowers every few days on campus, so that the campus is always pretty looking. Once the flowers are gone, Tech digs them up and plants new ones.

I drove up to campus after having lunch with a friend and walked around shooting for a bit. It is still really cold, so it was a very short trip.
