You know I sometimes stay up past my bedtime. So it is good to have a little friend to curl up in your lap to remind you to sleep.

Friday night was the art show at Steins, which was quite the challenge.
We were not officially on the art trail in Lubbock and we were not on the Trolly Route.
We went to Steins, Thursday night; to setup for the show and it was impressive, all ten of us pulled out all stops and set up an impressive display.
Friday night rolled around and then it was just they waiting game, we just needed to wait for it to be 6 p.m. to see what kind of turnout we were going to have.
The band showed up and started playing at 6:15 and it was amazing. I wish I had thought to get my camera out and take a picture of it, because the place was packed and standing room only. I am going to guess and say there was aver 200 people in the place.
The show was scheduled to end at 9 p.m., however everyone stuck around until around 10:30. All in all I think it was a tremendous success.
Tonight, before I went to shoot a football game, I walked outside my apartment and the lake looked like this. I could not resist taking a picture of it.
