Sunday was Easter Sunday, but it was also World Wide Pinhole day. So, on Saturday I grabbed my new Diana Multi Pinhole Operator and headed to a local park to shoot a roll of film.
Sadly, it will take 10 days to get my roll back from the lab, but here are some pinhole shots from my iPhone, using the Pinhole camera app.

I took it to Denam Estate Park because of the film I was using.
I have never used IR film before, but while looking on Flickr of what other people have shot with this film, I decided this would be the perfect spot to shoot.
IR film turns water and sky black, and trees a bright white.

I explored a bit, just to see what I could find.

After this nice walk in the park, I baked some Easter Cookies. Very Tasty.

Last weekend was Fiesta and I have a ton of photos to edit from it. I went to Lubbock the weekend before and I have a ton of photos from that.
I have fallen behind, but Easter weekend is coming, and I will be lazy and edit Photos.
Last Saturday I ran the Fiesta Fandango, a 2.6 mile race right before the Flambeau parade.

Our starting line was where the parade started, The race traces the parade route, but it was neat to see the floats up close.

I am not sure why anyone would want to “Save the Chupacabra” but this sign is asking people to help. Who wants to save a bloodsucking beast? The people of San Antonio.

Running down Commerce street. I think this is commerce street. I somehow manage to navigate downtown San Antonio without a clue what the street names are.

And before we forget, here is the Alamo. Every parade route/walking path in San Antonio passes by the Alamo.

I will admit, I am out of shape, and this race felt like it went on forever.

I really enjoyed this run, people in goofy costumes, and a crowd that watched us the whole way.
And it was short (blissfully) because I am a little out of shape.

Last weekend I went back to Lubbock to attend a friends wedding.
After the reception, we lit some fireworks which quickly burned out thanks to the Lubbock wind.
It was supposed to be a tunnel of light for the bride and groom to run through, however the sparklers where out before they got to the door.
Considering the fire danger that Lubbock was under, seems like an odd choice; but I guess it is better than throwing rice and watching the birds explode.

Spring has come, and what better way to spend it then hitting the bike trails.
This is off the main path at Solado Creek, but it is a ton of fun to ride.

All of the pretty lights of downtown San Antonio.
I shot this from the tower during Luminaria using my Lensbaby. I like the pretty colors of this shot. Need to play with my Lensbaby more often.
